Basically, there are three ways to link an email to a contact's card – automatically, manually, or by forwarding to a special FreshFlow address.
For each contact, you can set up automatic email linking – this way, all emails with that client will be linked to their card automatically.
If you don’t want all sent and received emails linked automatically, you can manually link emails to the contact card.
With this option, you don’t need to link your email inbox to FreshFlow. You’ll find your assigned address in Settings -> Sending emails to FreshFlow.
Then you just need to forward the email to this address.
