Basically, there are three ways to link an email to a contact’s card – automatically, manually, or by forwarding to a special FreshFlow address.
For each contact, you can set up automatic email linking – this way, all emails with that client will get linked to their card automatically.
If you don’t want all sent and received emails to be linked automatically, you can add emails to a contact’s card manually.
With this option, you don’t have to link your email inbox to FreshFlow. You’ll find your assigned address in Settings -> Sending emails to FreshFlow.
Then you just need to forward the email to this address.
