By clicking on “+”, a form will be displayed. In the mobile application, you can add both individuals (physical persons) and companies. You can also enter data and values into custom fields that you have defined in the web application.
You can also assign labels directly to the new contact.
By clicking on the filter in the upper right corner, you can filter only individuals or only companies in the contact list.
The functionalities of the FreshFlow CRM light solution can also be found in the mobile application. For example, you can view your contact directory, contact information (including custom fields), comments, client relationship history, or upload documents to contacts.
In the mobile application, you can make calls with clients in a unique way.
The advantage is that the completed call (including the result, notes, or subsequent activities) is automatically recorded as a completed activity. This is reflected both in the calendar and in the contact card (and possibly also in tasks, if a task arises from the call as a subsequent activity).
