Payment for FreshFlow can only be made online by payment card. We accept both credit and debit cards.
The amount depends on the number of user licenses purchased, always for the selected period (year or month). The user license price is set at 290 CZK without VAT per month, or 2900 CZK without VAT per year.
In the payment gateway (Stripe), you enter your payment details. Based on your chosen payment period, Stripe will automatically charge the corresponding amount from your account every month (or year) according to the number of user licenses you bought.
If you cancel your subscription, charges will automatically stop being taken from your account.
Go to Settings, then click on Subscription & Billing.
Here, first choose the payment interval you're interested in -> either the monthly plan at 290 CZK per month, or the yearly plan at 2900 CZK per year.
After clicking, you'll be redirected to enter your payment details in Stripe:
Enter the number of your payment card that you want to use for FreshFlow. You also need to enter the expiration date of your card.
Then on the other side of the payment card, enter the CVC/CVV.
And finally, the full name shown on your card.
Then you can also add your billing info.
You can cancel your subscription easily in Settings -> Subscription and Billing -> Manage Subscription button.
You’ll be redirected to Stripe, where you just need to click Cancel subscription.
After your paid period expires, you'll lose access to FreshFlow. Your data will be automatically and permanently deleted 60 calendar days after your subscription ends. But during that time, you'll still be able to go back to your data.
If you no longer want to keep paying FreshFlow for certain users on your team, go to Settings -> Teammates.
Then just click on the cross and remove that user from the structure. The billed amount will automatically update.
