
If you have set contact management to “everyone in the company”, your contacts are shared automatically. This function is therefore relevant for the “only myself” contacts mode. You can check your setting in Settings → Contact Settings.

Upon registration, the “only myself” mode is set by default.

Viewing a Colleague’s Contacts
In the upper right corner, click the button with the colleagues icon -> a table with the names of your colleagues will appear.
Select the colleague whose contacts you wish to view (the last viewed contacts are shown with icons or profile pictures). To display more, click the arrow and you will see the complete list.
To stop viewing a colleague’s contacts, click the colleague icon again in the upper right corner and select your own name (which always remains first among the most recently viewed).

You can only view a colleague’s contacts, not edit them or create activities related to the contacts. The “everyone in the company” contacts mode serves this purpose.
