By clicking on “+” in the Contacts section, a form for adding contacts will be displayed. In the mobile application, you have the option to add both (physical) persons as well as companies. You can also enter data and values into custom fields you previously defined in the web application.
You can also assign labels to a new contact immediately.
By clicking the filter in the upper right corner of the Contacts section, you can filter the contacts list to display only individuals or only companies.
The CRM light functionalities of FreshFlow are also available in the mobile application. For example, you can view your contact directory, contact details (including custom fields), comments, client relationship history, or upload documents to contacts.
In the mobile application, you can make calls with clients in a unique way.
The advantage is that the completed call (including the outcome, notes, or subsequent activities) is immediately recorded as a completed activity – both in the calendar and in the contact card (and possibly also in tasks, if a task arises from the call as a subsequent activity).
