In the mobile application, you can add all parameters to events as you do in the web application – from basic ones such as assigning a contact or participants, to assigning a meeting room or adding custom fields defined in the web application.
You can also set up sending a reminder or confirmation to the client.
In the mobile application, you can choose from several options to display your calendar. You can view the calendar in monthly, weekly, five-day, or daily format, or also in the Plan view.
The application will always retain your preferences; however, you can change your view at any time.
Working with activities in the mobile application offers the same options as in the web application. You can add results, enter quick notes, and even plan subsequent activities directly.
In the mobile application, you will also receive a notification on your mobile phone when a new activity is created, when invited to an activity, or when an activity is modified (unless you specify otherwise in the settings).
You can also attach your documents related to the event in the mobile application. You can upload a file from your phone's files, a photo from the gallery, or for example, take a picture directly.
Simply click on the three dots in the top right corner in the detail of the given event.
You can also assign reservation rooms (resources) to events in the mobile application by selecting an available resource.
In the event, by clicking on Select resource, you will choose a reservation resource from the list that you wish to reserve (it will either be marked green as available, or red as unavailable), and by checking it, you add it to the event.
You can view the calendars of your reservation rooms by clicking on Menu, where you select the Rooms/Resources section. Here, you can also create reservation rooms by clicking on “+” in the top right corner.
