It is available free of charge in the App Store and Google Play under the name FreshFlow. After downloading, sign in using the same login details you use for the FreshFlow web application.
Click on the phone icon for the given contact to make the call.
You will be able to select the type of call (e.g. acquisition, customer care/service, etc.) and then you will also have the option to assign an outcome from a set of predefined possible outcomes for the given call.
If you have agreed on a follow-up activity with the client (such as a meeting, task, etc.), you can directly log the planned activity.
Simply select the type of activity, choose its time, and add a note if necessary.
After saving, your call, including the outcome and any potential follow-up activity, will be stored as an activity both in the calendar and in the contact card, and, if applicable, also in the task list if it is a follow-up activity in the form of a task.
