If you want to work with someone in FreshFlow (like sharing contacts or joining events together, handling shared tasks), you need to invite users to FreshFlow (to your structure).
Click on the Settings module, and in the My Structure section, click on the Collaborators tab.
In this section, click the blue button “Invite collaborators”.
Enter the email address and an invitation will be sent there. Once the user accepts, they’ll automatically join your structure and be able to work together with you.
This method is set by default for everyone. Only you manage the contacts, but your collaborators above you in the hierarchy can see them (without editing rights).
This mode lets you fully share contacts, contact info, and the details of all past activities with the option to edit within one adress book for everyone . The client relationship history is built together, so the client card is shared by everyone.
But you do need to set this mode up in the settings. Just go to the Settings module → click on Contact Settings and choose the new way to work with contacts.
