Click the button with three horizontal lines and select Template Management. Here you'll have a list of your templates in the future, which you’ll be able to edit (modify, add tasks to them, etc.).
To create a new one, click the blue New Template button in the top left.
A window will pop up for creating a template where you’ll enter the template’s name. Then, just save the template right away. After saving, it’ll appear among your other templates and you can start adding tasks to it.
You can also turn your already created project with tasks right into a template.
Just click the button with three horizontal lines in the bottom left corner of the project card, click Create Template, and enter the name of the new template. After saving, the template will show up in the Template Management section (among your other templates) and you can use it right away to create a new project.
Click the little arrow next to the blue New Task button and select “Project from template”.
A window will pop up where you’ll enter your project values (like the name, assign a contact it belongs to, add a solver, and maybe set a date). Then, click save and your project will be added to your projects—even with all the pre-filled tasks.
You’ll find the project as usual in the Project Management section, or you can easily filter its tasks in the list by clicking the Projects button (the button with the folder icon). We talk more about viewing project tasks in a separate article.
