You link the task with a contact in the new task creation window by selecting from the contact list. Once you save, the task automatically gets recorded with the contact.
You can create a task right on a contact, in their card. In the right menu, in the Tasks tab, click the blue “+ New Task” button. This will automatically fill in the contact the task is linked to.
All tasks linked with contacts will then show up in the card of the given contact right there.
Every event (a call, meeting, etc.) can lead to a follow-up activity. This could be another event, or it could be a task (like sending the client an offer...).
In FreshFlow, in the event card, you add a follow-up activity on the right side by filling out the follow-up activity name field. There, type “Task”. Then add the date and time, include a note if needed, and save it.
The created task is automatically logged in both the task list and the calendar, as well as on the respective contact's card in the CRM light solution.
