For quick entry of new contacts click on the New Contact icon. A table will pop up for you to fill in the basic details.
The “+” button is used to add rows (so, more contacts) to the table.
To save the filled-in contacts, choose the green “tick” icon. Once saved, the table will close and the contacts will be written into the database.
If you want to close the table with entered contacts, click the X -> the table will close, the contacts will not be saved to the database, but they’ll stay available to you in this table. So if you open the table again, you can edit the not-yet-saved contacts.
If you log out from FreshFlow and log back in or use refresh (ctrl+shift+R), the unsaved contacts will no longer remain in the table.
If you want to add a single new contact and fill out more details right away, click on the button with three horizontal lines and choose “New”.

This is also the only way to add a contact as a company (organization).
